The first paper explaining Envue's core technology Nanofluidic Scattering Microscopy (NSM) has been published in the prestigious scientific journal Nature Methods.
We are very proud that The first paper explaining Envue's core technology Nanofluidic Scattering Microscopy (NSM) has been published in the prestigious scientific journal Nature Methods.
The paper, entiteled "Label-free nanofluidic scattering microscopy of size and mass of single diffusing molecules and nanoparticles", explaines the theoretical principle behind NSM and shows examples of how it has been used to, for the first time, characterize freely moving proteins and biological nanoparticles down to a size of Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA; 66kDa).
The autors include four of our co-founders Barbora Špačková, David Albinsson, Joachim Fritzsche and Christoph Langhammer.
